Diamonds are the secondary currency of Sylestia. They are used to buy items in the Diamond Shop and the Avatar Shop . They are also used to buy more Design Slots on the Generator. Diamonds are only able to be obtained by trading with other players or buying with Paypal in the Diamond Shop.
